What the client was looking for:
Our client had lots of ideas at inception and ‘kind of’ knew what they wanted, but there was so much choice that they needed guiding through the process and helping to refine their ideas and come to the right solution.
Even with intricate details like door handles, knobs, finishes and price ranges, we were there to assist through the process on every question, no matter how small or large.
Whilst on site we measured and demonstrated elements of the new design they were undecided on, such as the issues they were having visualising the island and the right approach for their kitchen. There were unplanned tweaks throughout the process, which we accommodated and took in our stride, even though they weren’t in line with the existing plan and design.
Our client was extremely happy with our work, attention to detail and the finished product, from the building team, to the decorating team, they would recommend us “any day, for big or small projects”.
Your process
Our lovely client called into the Showroom to express an interest in a Kitchen renovation for their Ilkley home. We booked a home consultation as a starting point, which included a discussion around their wants and needs, and an initial measure.
Armed with the information, we got to designing their dream kitchen. Once complete, we did a design presentation, received acceptance of our quote and shared vision, and confirmed products and dates through to installation.
We then got to work on the project, which took a total of 5 weeks to complete.
Favourite aspects of the finished job
This kitchen renovation in Ilkley has been one of our favourite jobs so far!
The outcome was a modern yet homely style, bringing together the best of both worlds.
The statement lighting was effective in creating a cosy homely feel.
The finishing touches like the wallpaper really makes a strong statement and brings life to the room
